一、关于本条款 About These Terms
欢迎使用数易赋能（Shuyi / NumForLife）的 App、网站及相关服务（统称“服务”）。本服务由上述运营主体提供，本条款中的“我们”指该运营主体，“您”指访问或使用服务的用户。
Welcome to Shuyi / NumForLife’s app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by the operator identified above. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator, and “you” refers to the person accessing or using the Services.
本条款说明您与我们之间有关服务使用的权利和责任。请在注册、购买或使用相关功能前仔细阅读，并在需要时确认接受。如您不同意本条款，请勿注册或继续使用需要接受本条款的服务。
These Terms explain your rights and responsibilities and ours in connection with the Services. Please read them before registering, purchasing, or using relevant features, and confirm acceptance where requested. If you do not agree, do not register for or continue using Services that require acceptance of these Terms.
《隐私政策》说明我们如何处理个人信息；购买、退款及配送事项分别适用《退款政策》与《配送与交付政策》。特定功能或活动如有补充条款，我们会在您参与或购买前说明。
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Purchases, refunds, and deliveries are also subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. Any additional terms for particular features or promotions will be disclosed before you participate or purchase.
二、服务内容 Our Services
根据实际开放的功能，我们可能提供每日、每周或每月运势、星座分析、数字人生测算、塔罗牌解读、个性化报告、相关课程、会员内容及其他配套服务。
Depending on the features available, we may offer daily, weekly, or monthly horoscopes, astrology insights, numerology calculations, tarot readings, personalised reports, related courses, membership content, and supporting services.
部分功能免费提供，其他功能可能需要购买、订阅或使用能量点解锁。具体内容、使用次数、有效期、兼容性及费用，以相关页面在您确认使用或购买前显示的信息为准。
Some features are free, while others may require a purchase, subscription, or energy points to unlock. Content, usage limits, validity periods, compatibility, and charges are shown on the relevant page before you confirm use or purchase.
三、运势、测算与占卜的性质 Nature of Horoscopes, Calculations & Divination
本服务中的星座、运势、数字测算、塔罗及相关解读，旨在提供娱乐、文化体验及个人反思参考，并非经科学验证的未来预测方法，也不保证能够准确预测事件或个人结果。
Horoscopes, astrology, numerology, tarot, and related interpretations are intended for entertainment, cultural exploration, and personal reflection. They are not scientifically validated methods of predicting the future and do not guarantee accurate predictions of events or personal outcomes.
结果可能因您输入的资料、使用的解读方法、抽牌过程或内容版本而不同。同一问题出现不同解读，并不必然表示系统存在技术故障。
Results may differ depending on your inputs, the interpretation method, card selection, or content version. Different interpretations of the same question do not necessarily indicate a technical fault.
我们不承诺任何内容、会员、付费解读或能量点消费能够改变命运、消除厄运，或确保财富、健康、感情、学业及事业上的特定结果。
We do not promise that any content, membership, paid reading, or spending of energy points will change your destiny, remove bad luck, or secure particular financial, health, relationship, academic, or career outcomes.
您无需为了避免所谓的不良预测而继续购买服务。请根据自身需要及经济能力理性使用，不应因某次解读而感到必须重复消费。
You do not need to make further purchases to avoid a perceived negative prediction. Please use the Services according to your needs and financial circumstances, without feeling obliged to spend repeatedly because of a reading.
四、不构成专业意见 No Professional Advice
服务内容不构成医疗、心理诊断、法律、投资、财务或其他专业意见，也不能替代合资格专业人士的判断。
The content does not constitute medical, psychological diagnostic, legal, investment, financial, or other professional advice and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
请勿仅依据测算或占卜结果作出重大决定，包括停止治疗、进行投资、借贷、赌博、终止关系或处理法律事务。涉及健康、安全或紧急情况时，请联系合适的专业人士或当地紧急服务。
Do not make significant decisions solely on the basis of a calculation or reading, including stopping treatment, investing, borrowing, gambling, ending a relationship, or handling legal matters. For health, safety, or emergency concerns, contact an appropriate professional or local emergency service.
本节说明服务用途与局限，不排除我们对虚假描述、未履行服务或依法应承担事项的责任。
This section explains the purpose and limitations of the Services. It does not exclude our responsibility for misleading descriptions, failure to provide the Services, or matters for which we are legally responsible.
五、使用资格 Eligibility
本服务面向年满 18 岁，且根据所在地法律具有订立相关协议能力的用户。如当地法律规定更高的适用年龄，则以该要求为准。
The Services are intended for users aged 18 or older who have the legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement in their location. If local law requires a higher age, that requirement applies.
您应确保使用服务符合所在地法律，并提供真实的年龄及必要账户资料。我们可能在合理必要时要求核实相关信息。
You must ensure that your use complies with local law and provide accurate age and necessary account information. We may request verification where reasonably necessary.
六、账户注册与安全 Account Registration & Security
您应提供准确、完整的必要注册信息，并在信息变化时及时更新。使用第三方登录服务时，也应遵守该服务适用的账户规则。
You must provide accurate and complete required registration information and keep it up to date. If you use a third-party sign-in service, its applicable account rules also apply.
请妥善保管密码、验证码及登录凭据，不得冒用他人身份或未经授权使用他人账户。未经我们允许，不得出售、出租或转让账户。
Keep passwords, verification codes, and sign-in credentials secure. Do not impersonate others or use another person’s account without authorisation. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred without our permission.
如发现账户被盗用、异常扣款或其他安全问题，请及时联系我们。我们将根据实际情况协助处理；账户内发生的活动不会仅因使用了您的登录凭据，就一概认定为由您承担全部责任。
Contact us promptly if you notice unauthorised account access, unusual charges, or other security concerns. We will assist based on the circumstances. Activity will not automatically be treated as entirely your responsibility merely because your credentials were used.
七、输入资料与个人信息 Inputs & Personal Information
部分功能可能需要姓名、出生日期、出生时间或其他相关资料。您理解，输入错误或资料不完整可能影响结果；因个人输入错误而要求重新生成内容，可能适用页面已说明的使用次数或收费规则。
Some features may require a name, date or time of birth, or other relevant details. Incorrect or incomplete inputs may affect results. Requests to regenerate content because of an input error may be subject to usage limits or charges disclosed on the relevant page.
如您输入他人的资料，必须具有适当授权或其他合法依据。不得使用服务侵犯他人隐私，或将测算结果作为对他人进行歧视、骚扰或不实指控的依据。
If you enter another person’s information, you must have appropriate authorisation or another lawful basis. Do not use the Services to invade privacy or use readings to discriminate against, harass, or make false allegations about others.
个人信息的收集、保存、共享及删除，以《隐私政策》为准。接受本条款不等于同意所有可选的数据处理或营销活动。
Collection, retention, sharing, and deletion of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to all optional data processing or marketing activities.
八、购买、付款与订单 Purchases, Payments & Orders
购买前，请核对商品或服务内容、价格、币种、税费、有效期及交付方式。您须有权使用所选付款方式。
Before purchasing, review the product or service description, price, currency, taxes, validity period, and delivery method. You must be authorised to use your selected payment method.
订单是否完成，以付款确认及订单状态为准。如发生扣款成功但订单未确认、重复扣款或权限未开通，请联系客服核实，避免重复购买。
Order completion depends on payment confirmation and order status. If you are charged without an order confirmation, charged twice, or do not receive access, contact support before making a duplicate purchase.
如出现明显的价格错误、库存问题或无法履约的情况，我们将联系您说明处理方式。未经您的同意，不会以更高价格扣款；无法履行的已付款订单将按适用要求退款。
If there is an obvious pricing error, stock issue, or inability to fulfil an order, we will contact you about the resolution. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. Paid orders that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded as applicable.
九、会员、订阅与自动续订 Memberships, Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
会员权益、订阅周期、价格及是否自动续订，将在购买前说明。仅在您选择并授权自动续订的情况下，相关订阅才会按已披露的周期续费。
Membership benefits, subscription periods, prices, and any automatic renewal will be disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically only where you select and authorise that arrangement.
如不希望继续续费，请按照购买渠道显示的方式及截止时间取消。取消通常停止下一周期的扣款，现有权益可继续至已付费周期结束，退款或另有明确说明的情况除外。
If you do not wish to renew, cancel using the method and deadline shown by your purchase channel. Cancellation generally stops the next billing period’s charge, while existing benefits continue until the paid period ends, unless a refund or another expressly stated arrangement applies.
卸载 App、停止使用或提交账户删除申请，不应被视为已完成第三方平台的订阅取消。请同时确认原付款平台的订阅状态。
Uninstalling the app, stopping use, or requesting account deletion should not be treated as confirmation that a third-party subscription has been cancelled. Please also check the subscription status with the original billing platform.
订阅价格或主要权益如有重大调整，我们将提前提供适当通知，并在适用法律或平台规则要求时取得您的同意。
If subscription prices or core benefits change materially, we will provide appropriate advance notice and obtain your consent where required by law or platform rules.
十、能量点、奖励与兑换 Energy Points, Rewards & Redemption
如服务提供能量点、签到奖励、任务奖励或兑换功能，其获取方式、使用范围、有效期及限制，以相关功能页面公布的规则为准。
Where the Services offer energy points, check-in rewards, task rewards, or redemption features, the relevant feature rules explain how they are earned, used, and redeemed, together with any expiry dates or restrictions.
能量点仅用于平台指定用途，不代表存款、投资、股权或收益承诺。除明确允许或法律另有要求外，不能兑换现金、转让或在平台外交易。
Energy points are intended only for designated platform uses. They do not represent deposits, investments, equity, or a promise of returns. Unless expressly permitted or required by law, they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or traded outside the platform.
赠送能量点与付费获取的能量点可能适用不同规则。若提供付费能量点，我们将在购买前说明使用及退款条件，不将赠送奖励的限制自动套用于付费余额。
Promotional points and purchased points may have different rules. If points are available for purchase, their use and refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase. Restrictions on promotional rewards will not automatically apply to paid balances.
不得通过机器人、虚假账户、重复刷取或利用系统漏洞获取奖励。对于有证据证明错误发放或不当取得的奖励，我们可以核实后纠正，并提供申诉渠道。
Do not obtain rewards through bots, false accounts, automated farming, or exploitation of system faults. We may correct rewards shown to have been issued in error or improperly obtained, with an opportunity to request review.
如我们停止相关功能或对规则作出重大调整，将提供适当通知，并对受影响的付费余额按适用要求作出处理。
If we discontinue the feature or materially change its rules, we will provide appropriate notice and address affected paid balances in accordance with applicable requirements.
十一、退款与交付 Refunds & Delivery
退款资格、申请方式、处理时间及退货条件，以《退款政策》为准。数字服务开通及实体商品配送，以《配送与交付政策》及购买时的说明为准。
Refund eligibility, application procedures, processing times, and return conditions are set out in our Refund Policy. Digital activation and physical delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and the information provided at purchase.
通过 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 付款的订单，还须遵循相应平台适用的付款、取消及退款流程。购买平台规则与本条款均不排除适用法律赋予您的权利。
Orders billed through Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the applicable platform’s payment, cancellation, and refund procedures. Neither platform rules nor these Terms exclude your rights under applicable law.
十二、合理使用与禁止行为 Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
您可以在本条款允许的范围内，将服务用于个人、非商业用途。未经授权，不得：
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes within the scope of these Terms. You must not, without authorisation:
破解系统、绕过付费或访问限制，或干扰服务正常运行。
Compromise systems, bypass payment or access restrictions, or interfere with normal operation.使用自动化工具大量抓取内容、刷取权益或制造不合理的系统负载。
Use automated tools to extract content at scale, farm benefits, or impose unreasonable system loads.复制、转售或商业化使用受保护内容，法律允许的情况除外。
Copy, resell, or commercially exploit protected content, except as permitted by law.上传违法、侵权、欺诈、威胁、骚扰或侵犯隐私的内容。
Upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, or privacy-invasive content.冒充我们、工作人员或其他用户，或声称能够代表平台保证预测结果。
Impersonate us, our staff, or other users, or claim authority to guarantee predictions on our behalf.利用平台实施诈骗，或以“消灾”“改运”等名义向他人索取未经授权的款项。
Use the platform for scams or solicit unauthorised payments to supposedly remove misfortune or alter destiny.
本节不限制适用法律明确允许的行为，包括不能通过合同排除的合法研究或软件使用权利。
This section does not restrict activities expressly permitted by applicable law, including research or software-use rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
十三、用户内容 User Content
如相关功能允许您提交问题、评论、图片或其他内容，您应确保有权提交，并保留您原有的相关权利。
Where features allow you to submit questions, comments, images, or other content, you must have the right to submit it. You retain your existing rights in that content.
您授予我们为提供相关功能所必需的有限、非独占许可，以保存、处理、传输及按您的选择展示该内容。此许可不意味着我们可以不受限制地将您的私人内容用于广告或其他无关用途。
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transmit, and display that content as you choose, solely as necessary to provide the relevant features. This does not give us unrestricted rights to use your private content in advertising or for unrelated purposes.
如存在公开分享功能，请谨慎发布个人资料。我们可以根据合理依据处理违法、侵权或违反本条款的内容，并在适当情况下说明原因及提供复核渠道。
If public sharing is available, take care when posting personal information. We may act on reasonable grounds against unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content and, where appropriate, explain the reason and offer review.
十四、知识产权 Intellectual Property
服务中的软件、界面、品牌、文字、图像、塔罗牌设计、动画、音频及其他内容，其相关权利属于我们或相应权利人。购买服务或会员不等于取得这些内容的所有权。
Rights in the software, interface, branding, text, images, tarot artwork, animations, audio, and other content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Purchasing a service or membership does not transfer ownership of that content.
在遵守本条款及购买条件的前提下，您可以为个人用途访问内容，并在功能允许时下载或使用官方分享功能。其他复制、传播、改编或商业使用，需要相应授权或法律依据。
Subject to these Terms and purchase conditions, you may access content for personal use and download or share it through available authorised features. Other reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or commercial use requires appropriate permission or a lawful basis.
十五、第三方服务 Third-Party Services
服务可能接入第三方登录、支付、应用商店、外部链接或其他工具。第三方独立提供的服务适用其自身条款及隐私政策。
The Services may integrate third-party sign-in, payments, app stores, external links, or other tools. Independently provided third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
我们不保证独立第三方服务始终可用，但会对与我们所售服务有关的问题提供合理协助。使用第三方服务不会自动免除我们依法应承担的责任。
We do not guarantee continuous availability of independent third-party services, but will provide reasonable assistance with issues affecting Services we sell. Use of a third party does not automatically remove our legal responsibilities.
十六、服务维护与变更 Maintenance & Service Changes
我们可能为修复故障、提升安全或更新功能而进行维护。对于可能明显影响使用的计划维护，我们会在合理可行的情况下提前通知。
We may carry out maintenance to fix faults, improve security, or update features. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of planned maintenance likely to materially affect use.
我们不保证服务完全无中断或无错误，但会合理处理已知问题。若重大变更或停止服务影响已购买的核心权益，我们将提供适当通知，并根据情况安排替代服务、退款或其他适当补救。
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but will reasonably address known issues. If a material change or discontinuation affects core purchased benefits, we will provide appropriate notice and arrange an alternative, refund, or other suitable remedy as applicable.
十七、账户暂停、终止与删除 Suspension, Termination & Account Deletion
如有合理依据认为账户涉及严重违规、欺诈、安全威胁或违法活动，我们可以采取与风险相称的限制措施。紧急情况可先行限制访问，并在法律允许且适当时说明原因。
If there are reasonable grounds to believe an account involves serious breaches, fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity, we may impose proportionate restrictions. Urgent risks may require immediate action, with an explanation where lawful and appropriate.
对于可以补救的问题，我们通常会提供通知及合理的纠正机会。您可以通过客服提出异议或请求复核。
For issues that can be remedied, we will generally provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct them. You may contact support to dispute a decision or request review.
您可以通过可用的账户设置或联系客服申请删除账户。删除后，部分内容、记录及权限可能无法恢复；依法需保留的信息将按《隐私政策》处理。
You may request account deletion through available settings or customer support. Some content, records, and access may be unrecoverable after deletion. Information that must legally be retained will be handled under our Privacy Policy.
账户终止不自动取消您依法享有的退款权利，也不自动意味着所有未使用的付费权益被没收。相关权益将根据终止原因、购买条款及适用法律处理。
Account termination does not automatically remove statutory refund rights or forfeit all unused paid benefits. These will be addressed according to the reason for termination, purchase terms, and applicable law.
十八、责任与服务保障 Responsibility & Service Assurances
我们将以合理的谨慎和技能提供服务，并对适用法律要求我们承担的责任负责。您也应根据本条款合理使用服务，并对自己的独立决定负责。
We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and remain responsible as required by applicable law. You must also use the Services reasonably under these Terms and remain responsible for your independent decisions.
在法律允许的范围内，我们不对无法合理预见的损失，或将面向个人的服务用于未经授权的商业用途所产生的商业损失承担责任。
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen, or business losses arising from unauthorised commercial use of Services intended for personal use.
本条款不排除或限制欺诈、故意不当行为、依法不得限制的过失责任，或任何不能依法排除的消费者权利。
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, negligence where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any non-excludable consumer rights.
十九、条款更新 Changes to These Terms
我们可能因功能、运营或法律要求更新本条款，并公布更新版本及生效日期。对于影响您的主要权利、付费义务或服务使用的重要变更，我们将提供适当通知，并在需要时重新取得同意。
We may update these Terms for functional, operational, or legal reasons and publish the revised version and effective date. For material changes affecting your main rights, payment obligations, or use of the Services, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain renewed agreement where required.
条款更新不会追溯削减已完成购买所产生的权利。如您不接受重大变更，可以停止使用并取消后续续订；现有付费权益将根据原购买安排及适用法律处理。
Updates will not retroactively reduce rights arising from completed purchases. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the Services and cancel future renewals. Existing paid benefits will be addressed under the original purchase arrangements and applicable law.
二十、适用法律与争议处理 Governing Law & Disputes

二十一、语言与条款效力 Language & Severability
本条款以中文及英文提供，两种版本旨在表达相同含义。如有差异，我们将结合条款目的、购买时的说明及适用消费者保护要求作出解释，不以翻译差异削减您的法定权利。
These Terms are provided in Chinese and English, with both versions intended to convey the same meaning. Any discrepancy will be interpreted in light of the purpose of the Terms, information provided at purchase, and applicable consumer protections, without reducing your statutory rights through a translation difference.
如某项条款被认定无效或不可执行，其余条款在法律允许的范围内继续有效。
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
