1. 账户与联系信息 Account & Contact Information
注册、登录或管理账户时，我们可能收集您的姓名或昵称、电子邮箱、手机号码及账户相关信息。如您使用第三方账户登录，我们可能接收该登录服务在您授权范围内提供的账户标识及基本资料。
When you register, sign in, or manage your account, we may collect your name or nickname, email address, phone number, and account-related information. If you use a third-party sign-in service, we may receive an account identifier and basic profile information within the scope of your authorisation.
2. 测算与个性化服务信息 Calculation & Personalisation Information
使用数字人生测算、占卜或相关功能时，您可能需要提供姓名、出生日期、出生时间、性别或其他与所选功能相关的信息。您提交的问题、选择及产生的结果，也可能需要由相关功能处理。
When using numerology, divination, or related features, you may need to provide your name, date and time of birth, gender, or other information relevant to the selected feature. Your submitted questions, selections, and generated results may also need to be processed by that feature.
请避免在自由输入内容中提供与服务无关的敏感信息。如您提供他人的个人信息，请确保您有适当权限或其他合法依据。
Please avoid entering sensitive information that is unrelated to the Services in free-text fields. If you provide another person’s personal information, please ensure you have appropriate authorisation or another lawful basis.
测算记录是否保存在设备本地、与账户同步或可供恢复，取决于相关功能的实际设计及页面说明。仅保存在本地且未备份的数据，在卸载应用、更换设备或清除数据后可能无法恢复。
Whether calculation records are stored locally, synchronised with your account, or recoverable depends on the feature’s design and accompanying information. Data stored only on your device without a backup may be unrecoverable after uninstalling the app, changing devices, or clearing data.
3. 订单与交易信息 Order & Transaction Information
当您购买会员、课程、数字服务或实体商品时，我们可能处理订单内容、交易金额、付款状态及相关交易编号。需要实体配送时，我们还会收集收件人姓名、地址及联系电话。
When you purchase memberships, courses, digital services, or physical goods, we may process order details, transaction amounts, payment status, and transaction references. For physical deliveries, we also collect the recipient’s name, address, and phone number.
通过第三方支付平台付款时，您提交给该平台的支付资料由其根据自身隐私政策处理。我们会接收确认付款、处理退款及管理订单所需的交易信息。
When you pay through a third-party payment platform, that platform processes the payment details you submit under its own privacy policy. We receive the transaction information needed to confirm payment, process refunds, and manage orders.
4. 设备与使用信息 Device & Usage Information
使用服务时，我们可能收集设备型号、操作系统、浏览器类型、IP 地址、访问时间、功能使用记录及错误日志，用于维持服务运行、排查故障及保障安全。
When you use the Services, we may collect device model, operating system, browser type, IP address, access times, feature usage records, and error logs to operate the Services, troubleshoot problems, and maintain security.
